[Verified data required]International development · Master franchise
In a master franchise, a brand owner grants the rights to one market to a single company. That company builds the local organization, opens the first units and, where the agreement permits, signs and supports local franchisees. This hub screens franchise opportunities, assesses investors and operators, matches them, and supports both sides through to market readiness.

How the model works
A brand that works at home has no organization abroad. Rather than spend years building one, it grants a single company the right to develop the brand across a country or region, for a fixed term. That company is the master franchisee. On this site it is called the master partner.
The brand owner grants one country or region, for a fixed term, and hands over the standards, the manuals and the training. The trademark and the operating system stay its property.
The partner is normally a company the candidate forms, owns and funds in that country. The brand owner licenses rights to it rather than investing in it.
The partner opens and runs them itself, and takes their profit and their losses. These are the flagship operations, and they are where the format is proved locally.
Where the agreement permits, the partner then signs local franchisees, each opening units of their own, and does for them inside the territory what a franchisor does everywhere else: recruiting, training, supply, inspection and support.
The partner pays the brand owner an initial fee for the territory and the system, then a continuing royalty on sales. It earns from its own units and from an agreed share of what local franchisees pay it; the rest goes to the brand owner.
Rates, shares and term are set in the final agreement. No figure is published here until verified data is supplied.

Why this system
These four pillars define the operating-system hypothesis and must be aligned with the brand's real advantage.
Units, training and marketing are decomposed into repeatable modules so localization does not fracture the brand.
An approval matrix defines local, joint and non-negotiable decisions.
Standards, suppliers and remediation actions remain versioned and traceable.
Train-the-trainer, audits and network feedback convert central knowledge into local capability.

Statuses demonstrate the interface and create no legal right or real availability. Every record requires verification before launch.
